Track Your RFPs
You can now save RFPs directly from Energy Adepto’s public listings to your organization’s workspace. If you’re working on an RFP that isn’t listed on our platform, you can add that too. The RFP stays private and won’t be shared publicly.
From there, your team can collaborate, track status, and make decisions together without jumping between email threads and spreadsheets.
What You Can Do
- Pursue or pass: Mark each RFP as something you’re actively pursuing or have decided to skip, and log win/loss outcomes to keep your pipeline up to date.
- AI summaries: Get a custom AI-generated summary for any RFP, tailored to pull out the details most relevant to your organization.
- AI recommendations: Let Energy Adepto suggest RFPs that are a good fit based on your organization’s desired RFP description.
- Comments: Add notes and status updates directly to each RFP so your team stays on the same page.
- Document uploads: Attach RFP documents to share with teammates and keep everything organized in one spot.
- Chat with your documents: Ask AI questions about any uploaded RFP pdf and get specific answers right away. Now you don’t need to skim through lengthy PDFs to find one detail.
